Use blue®m Toothpaste with Calcium Fluoride twice daily as part of your regular oral care routine. Brush gently for 2 minutes, taking care to clean all surfaces of the teeth and along the gumline. For a complete routine, follow with blue®m Mouthwash and rinse for up to 1 minute.

“bluem” products were recommended to me by my dentist following a webinar she attended. I have been using the paste and mouthwash for about two months now and I notice a difference in the periodontal disease (I’m a non-smoker with good oral hygiene!!) which I have had for years. My condition was made a lot worse because of the pandemic and not being able to get the 4x a year hygiene appointments which has been my treatment for almost 20 years. Anyway, so far, there has been no bleeding of the gums since using bluem. Both the paste and the mouthwash are pleasant tasting and leave a pleasant, clean mouth feel. This is simply the best toothpaste I have ever used. My teeth and gums are healthier now than ever. I am a light smoker and this toothpaste prevents nicotine staining of my teeth better than any abrasive smoker specific toothpaste. It is more expensive than the usual shop bought toothpaste, but worth every penny, as it will save you more money on dentist bills. Excess calcium fluoride is much easier for your body to eliminate than sodium fluoride.
