Use blue®m Fluoride-Free Toothpaste twice daily as part of your regular oral care routine. Brush gently for 2 minutes, taking care to clean all surfaces of the teeth and along the gumline.
For a complete routine, follow with blue®m Mouthwash and rinse for 1 minute.
