How to Use bluem® Sonic+ Toothbrush

Unlike the manual toothbrush, the Sonic+ Toothbrush does the work for you, providing a more intense clean.

Place the brush head at a 45-degree angle and move slowly from tooth to tooth with minimal pressure. Working from quadrant to quadrant, brush back and forth for the longer bristles to reach between your teeth. The built-in timer will remind you to switch to each of the 4 sections in your mouth.
