Instructions for Daily Oral Care
In pursuit of good oral hygiene, it is important to use the correct flossing technique to avoid damaging the gums.
Wind around 45 cm of dental floss around your fingers. Move gently back and forth between teeth to remove plaque and food debris; this helps to increase blood flow. Repeat on molars in the back of the mouth. Use a clean piece of tape for each area of the mouth.
Use bluem® Dental Floss at least twice a day or after eating.
