For optimal results, rinse with blue®m Oxygen Fluid for 30 seconds after brushing with blue®m Toothpaste, twice daily, or as advised by your dental professional. Avoid rinsing with water afterwards, as the active oxygen continues to work in the mouth. Rinsing with water may reduce its effectiveness.
