For everyday oral care
Spray 2 pumps of blue®m Aligner Foam directly into the mouth and swish thoroughly. Allow the foam to work for at least 60 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow or rinse your mouth after use.
For aligners and retainers
Apply the foam directly to the inside of your clean aligner or retainer before placing it in your mouth. Spread the foam across the surfaces that come into contact with your teeth and gums. There is no need to rinse the appliance after application.
For dentures
Apply the foam directly to your cleaned dentures, making sure it is distributed across the surfaces that come into contact with your gums and mouth. Insert the dentures as normal without rinsing away the foam.
For mouthguards and removable appliances
Apply the foam evenly to the inside of your clean mouthguard or removable dental appliance before use. Insert as normal and allow the foam to remain in contact with the appliance and mouth.
For best results, use regularly as part of your daily oral care and appliance-cleaning routine.
